We advice our patients to avoid food or beverages that may stain teeth, the first two or three days, cause that is the period of time needed to close the pore of the enamel. You should avoid carbonated drinks, citrus drinks/fruit, coffee/tea/wine, and anything colorful (Using a straw could always help)

You will have some sensitivity the first three or four hours after the whitening, in some patients can last maximum 24 h. The next day after the treatment you can continue your normal life with no sensitivity.
